The Team

Pastor Mark Jones
Pastor Mark joined the pastoral staff in January 2008 as Missions Pastor.  He now serves as Pastor of Administration and Missions.  Pastor Mark is ordained with the Assemblies of God and has served as a senior pastor in two churches and on staff as a Minister of Christian Education.

Pastor Mark earned a BS degree in management from Oral Roberts University in 1984 and a Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary-Charlotte in 2000.  He also serves as an instructor at two Bible colleges and the NC District of the Assemblies of God School of Ministry.


He and his wife, Janice, have three daughters:  Lauren, Ashley, and Hannah.




Dorothy Aiken
Dorothy has been attending RFA since 2002 and has been to Haiti many times.  She loves seeing what God has in store during each trip.



Chris Casino
Chris has participated in several mission trips with RFA.  As a husband, father, and RFA youth leader, he enjoys serving others for God's kingdom.


Peggie D'Amico
My husband David and I have been married for 35 years.  We both accepted the Lord in 1982.  We moved from NJ to NC in December 2007 and have been attending RFA since then.  I work as the RFA Church Receptionist and Ministry Assistant to Pastor Dick VanCleave.  This will be my second mission trip to Haiti.

Chris Fewox
Chris has participated in numerous mission trips to Haiti with RFA.  "Each time I go I am reminded of how the Lord is using the church to minister to the poor and needy.  God's plan is to nurture and raise up the orphaned and the needy." (Psalm 113:7-8)







Katie Miller
Having been touched by the love of God, Katie can't wait to share the hope that God has graciously given to her with the people of Haiti.







Muriel Pawlik
Muriel lives in Winterville, NC, where she attends Faith Assembly of God church.  She has 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren.  Muriel has been on numerous mission trips including Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Belize, Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Venezuela.  Muriel's lifelong passion is missions - to go wherever the Lord leads her to go, to do His work, and to be in His will.





Melissa Ternes
Melissa lives in Raleigh where she and her husband operate a handyman services company.  She has traveled to Central America and took her first mission trip to South America with a team from RFA in the summer of 2012.  "I am grateful to be a witness to what God has planned for this trip to Haiti and how he will use the team."






Tammy Webb
Tammy is actively involved with several ministries at Sweet Gum Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Mebane where her husband is the pastor.  Her son, Domanique, will be joining her on this third trip to Haiti.
